Prosecutors in South Florida State Courts Have Nothing Personal Against You

My experience is that prosecutors are just doing their job. Some are better than others but overall my experience in primarily Broward and Palm Beach counties is that of good prosecutors. These attorneys take the time to look at the case, afterall it is my job to show them the problems in their case. Obviously, we will disagree at times and I understand that reasonable minds differ so then I file my motions or take the case to trial. However, so many people believe that the prosecutor has some vendetta againstthem and usually the prosecutor has no idea who these people are but for a name.
